As our new Executive Assistant, you'll provide executive and team support that creates structure, drives coordination, and ensures seamless day-to-day operations for our Head of Strategy & Transformation and leadership team. What you will be doing

As a key part of CBS TMO, you'll create impact by acting as a trusted partner to Louise Hansen and the Leadership Team. You thrive on providing high-quality executive and administrative support, anticipating needs, maintaining momentum, and ensuring that both leaders and teams stay organized, aligned, and effective. 
Beyond providing executive support, you'll play an important role as a culture ambassador for the leadership team, helping foster an engaging, inclusive, and connected work environment. Acting as a go-to person across the organization, you'll support collaboration, communication, and the everyday activities that bring our values to life.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Manage executive calendars, priorities, and meeting planning to ensure effective use of leadership time
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and practical arrangements for leaders and team activities
  • Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and background information to support decision-making
  • Follow up proactively on actions and commitments to ensure progress and accountability
  • Coordinate leadership team meetings, workshops, offsites, and events from planning through execution
  • Maintain annual calendars, governance routines, and operational processes that keep the team organized.

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you're a highly organized, proactive with strong coordination skills, a talent for anticipating needs, and the ability to bring order to complexity in a fast-paced environment.
We imagine that you have:

  • 7-10 years of experience in executive support, administration, or business support roles
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and meeting coordination at senior leadership level
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across teams and levels
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, foster engagement, and create positive experiences across diverse stakeholder groups

It's a plus if you also have:

  • Experience supporting senior leadership teams in a global or matrixed organization
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Experience driving governance routines and operational process improvements
