Enable impact. Drive clarity. Shape leadership effectiveness.

Are you a proactive, trusted professional who thrives on helping senior leaders make their strongest impact in a global, fast‑moving environment?

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to step into this important and impactful role to strengthen the leadership support within Grundfos.

As our new Executive Assistant for Commercial Building Services (CBS), Solutions & Marketing, you will provide high‑level strategic support to the Head of Solutions & Marketing. You will act as a central driver of leadership effectiveness, stakeholder coordination, and organizational follow‑through across a dynamic global agenda. All this while being part of a diverse, inclusive culture that celebrates differences, supports personal growth, and values well‑being and belonging.

What you will be doing

In this role, you are the trusted right hand to the Head of Solutions & Marketing. You create structure, clarity, and momentum across the leadership agenda while enabling the executive to operate at a strategic level. You anticipate needs, manage priorities, ensure strong communication flows, and bring a high degree of professionalism, judgment, and ownership to every task.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing day‑to‑day support including agenda management, briefings, and executive preparation
  • Acting as a central communication hub, preparing executive communication and managing senior stakeholder interfaces
  • Managing complex calendars, travel, and documentation across functions and time zones
  • Coordinating governance routines, leadership meetings, offsites, and cross‑functional follow‑ups
  • Supporting business processes, reporting rhythms, and selected strategic initiatives
  • Handling confidential information with sound judgment and representing the executive in day‑to‑day decisions
  • Building strong collaboration across the PA/EA community at Grundfos
  • Continuously improving processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance leadership effectiveness

You will be working from our offices in Bjerringbro and some travelling outside of Denmark must be expected.

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you bring structure, proactivity, and outstanding judgment. You build trust quickly, navigate senior stakeholder environments with ease, and thrive in a fast‑paced, international context.

We imagine that you have:

  • Education in office administration, business administration, or similar practical experience
  • 5+ years’ experience supporting senior executives in a complex, international organization
  • High proficiency in MS Office, digital collaboration platforms, and modern productivity tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

It is a plus if you also bring:

  • Danish language skills
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
  • Familiarity with executive communication channels such as Viva Engage or LinkedIn

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.

  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programmes to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.
