Job Description

Empower leadership, shape efficiency, and thrive in a dynamic global environment.

Do you excel in fast-paced settings, where high standards and seamless execution define success? Are you motivated by working alongside inspiring leaders and making a tangible impact? If so, this is a unique opportunity for you.

You will be anchored in our division Domestic Building Services (DBS) and report to both the VP for DBS Solutions & Marketing and the VP & Regional Sales Director DBS Western Europe.

In DBS our aim is to make everyday life easier and more comfortable by developing energy-efficient pumps for homes. Whether it's heating, hot water, or wastewater management, we focus on smart solutions that save energy and ensure reliable performance.

The role

You support in day-to-day responsibilities and strategic initiatives, and your contributions will be pivotal to ensuring smooth operations at an executive level.

As a valued member of the Solutions & Marketing Management Team and Western Europe Trade Management Team, you’ll play a key role in keeping workflows efficient, communication seamless, and operations running at peak performance. You’ll also work closely with the DBS CEO Chief Secretary, contributing to tasks supporting the Global Management Team, while collaborating across departments as part of our internal secretarial network.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, workshops, travel, inquiries (internal/external), and mail correspondence.
  • Meeting preparation, including logistics, agenda setting, action tracking, and ensuring relevant materials are available.
  • Supporting executive communications and messaging across teams and a broader DBS audience.
  • Preparing monthly KPI reports and utilizing SAP programs (P20, P21, P25/QP).
  • Budget tracking at the department level to ensure financial accuracy.

What You Bring

As the go-to person in a dynamic, international organization, your ability to provide proactive and flexible support is key to success.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented—able to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus.
  • A strong communicator, engaging effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptable and proactive, bringing structure while remaining open-minded and solution driven.
  • Calm under pressure, maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in demanding situations.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent interpersonal skills.

Additionally, experience in:

  • Executive-level secretarial support within a global business.
  • Planning, coordination, and communication in a large international organization.

Why Join Us?

From day one, you’ll be part of an inclusive, welcoming environment built on six core values, where trust, collaboration, and growth are at the heart of everything we do.

Your benefits include:

  • A diverse workplace with employee-led forums fostering open dialogue and connection.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including up to three extra paid leave days for volunteering.
  • A modern, well-equipped office and home workspace setup.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance, parental support, and well-being programs.
