We’re seeking a new colleague to help accelerate innovation in the manufacturing of drives, as part of our Group Advanced Manufacturing Engineering division—home to over 250 passionate professionals.
About the Role:
As an Engineer in our Motor and Drives department, you’ll play a key role in shaping and pioneering new technologies, driving innovation and excellence in manufacturing. You’ll join a team of engaged and supportive colleagues working to redefine manufacturing and enable the recirculation of sustainable drives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to product and production development on specific projects.
- Lead and support technology development initiatives.
- Stay informed on the latest manufacturing trends, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate across teams and manage current production processes.
- Build and nurture technical partnerships with universities, institutions, and startups.

Qualifications:
- A relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in electric and mechanical design and manufacturing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with mechatronic principles.
- Motivation to lead technology development projects.
- A genuine interest in sustainability.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Additional Information: This position is based at our HQ in Bjerringbro, Denmark, with the possibility of a hybrid workplace. You can expect approximately 10-25 travel days per year to expand your knowledge, build relationships, and gain inspiration.
