We’re now looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to lead the development of our Domestic Cold Water Control Box (Electronics) solutions. If you’re passionate about electrical engineering and thrive in a project-driven environment, this could be your next career move.

 

What is the job about?

As Electrical Project Engineer, you’ll be responsible for driving the development of electronic control solutions within our Domestic Cold Water (DCW) product portfolio. You’ll lead cross-functional development projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs, technical standards, and project timelines.

You will be part of the DBS Product Development DCW Department, collaborating closely with mechanical, software, and system engineers.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate development activities related to electrical/electronic components and systems
  • Translate customer and stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and development tasks
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and internal workflows
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the value chain
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals
  • Provide technical feedback and validation of deliverables from the development team
  • Support forecasting, estimation, and reporting for product development activities
  • Foster a constructive and collaborative team culture

 

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • 4+ years of experience in electrical product development, ideally in a project management or product owner role
  • Strong understanding of electronics design, control systems, and embedded solutions
  • Experience with project planning, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination
  • Familiarity with Agile development principles
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with stakeholder management and technical documentation
  • Knowledge of pump systems or HVAC applications is a plus
