What is the job about?

As a Digital Program Manager, you will lead all aspects of the DBS Digital Programme. This includes overseeing the continuous development of current digital offerings and spearheading the innovation of new digital features and value propositions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that end-users remain at the center of the development process, fostering innovation, and implementing frameworks to develop digital features.

Your main responsibilities

  • Apply highly developed skills in project management, planning, budgets, and methodologies.
  • drive the successful implementation of value streams in the DBS Digital Programme.
  • Facilitate innovation processes and drive a mindset of continuous improvement within the programme team.
  • Define project resources, conduct performance reviews, and perform post-implementation evaluations.
  • Manage risks, issues, and uncertainties with structured and agreed-upon procedures.
  • Ensure clear agreements with stakeholders and team/delivery managers to achieve project objectives.
  • Launch new digital features and value propositions while keeping the programme on scope, budget, and time.

Your background

We imagine that you have:

  • A Master's degree in Project Management, Digital Design, Digital Business Development, or other relevant education.
  • 6-7 years of relevant work experience in digital product development, preferably in a large manufacturing environment.
  • A strong background in executing complex projects, supporting key initiatives, and implementing best practices.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management and structured processes within project management.
  • Personal skills such as diligence, an innovation-driven mindset, and the ability to inspire others.
  • Experience with Agile project management and product development
