About the Role:
We are looking for a Demand Planning Leader to join our DBS Supply Chain team on a maternity cover contract. This is a unique opportunity to lead the demand planning process for a region, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting and strategic alignment.
This role bridges short-term execution with long-term planning and offers a potential pathway to a permanent position in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the quality of the 0–18 month demand plan for the region (30%)
• Monitor and improve forecast accuracy and bias in collaboration with Sales (15%)
• Lead the region SIOE process (15%)
• Develop and communicate key assumptions behind the demand plan (10%)
• Build strong relationships with sales companies and customers (10%)
• Strengthen demand planning capabilities across the region (10%)
• Govern the Division Demand Review process (10%)
• Act as the key liaison with the Finance community on demand planning
You’ll collaborate with:

• Local and regional planning teams

What We’re Looking For:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, or related field
• Experience: 5+ years in Supply Chain Management within multinational environments
Skills:
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of SIOP / S&OP processes
• Familiarity with E2E supply chain and logistics concepts
