A part of our global infrastructure team
As our new Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will join an infrastructure team for our Digital products. You will be a part of an agile product team consisting of 7 people. Together, we develop and operate infrastructure, built on top of Azure Kubernetes Service and projects from CNCF Cloud Native Landscape.

This position will be located in our HQ in Bjerringbro, and you will refer to Director Henrik Rokkjær Fløe. Housed at Grundfos’ very first production site, we share a large and newly modernized open office. An office decorated in warm colours and divided by wooden pallets. In the office you will find several conference rooms, lounge areas and game stands with room for both fun, relaxation and immersion.

What is the job about?
As the Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will be collaborating with both the development teams and our global infrastructure team. Your key responsibilities will include: 


  • Working with a dedicated scrum team on developing shared cloud infrastructure, making sure that the process of scaling and operating digital applications is seamless. 
  • Enabling development teams to deploy and operate applications in Kubernetes cluster.
  • Ensuring that promises made by the infrastructure team to its users, regarding Kubernetes cluster performance, is delivered.
  • Participating in converting needs of the development teams to the infrastructure team.

What do you need to apply?
We imagine, you hold a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering education or equivalent combined with several years of relevant work experience. More specifically, you:

  • Have experience with Azure cloud (Azure Services, DevOps, GitHub, AKS, Microservices, Terraform, ARM, scripting etc.) 
  • Have experience with containers and production Kubernetes. 
  • Understand and use good practices related to DevOps processes like Infrastructure as Code and Azure Key Vault usage for security etc. 
  • Are familiar with agile frameworks (Scrum).
  • Have good communication skills, and you write and speak English fluently. 
  • Have experience in managing web content.
