Grundfos is looking for a CSSC Manager to lead our Customer Sales & Support Center (CSSC) in Bjerringbro, Denmark.

Your Impact

As CSSC Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery aligned with strategic goals and customer expectations.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership and the Regional Head of CSSC to align services with market needs.
• Champion Grundfos values and drive achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction

• Drive ECSS objectives and meet aggressive SLAs.
• Promote customer advocacy and resolve inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, production, and more.
• Innovate new ways to enhance customer experience.

Employee Engagement & Leadership

• Foster a positive work environment and drive EMS targets.
• Mentor and develop team members, encouraging collaboration and growth.
• Lead hiring, performance management, and team development initiatives.

Strategic & Operational Excellence

• Support strategic goals of CSSC and business segments.
• Lead key projects including integrations, process improvements, and KPI initiatives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and apply best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in customer service, engineering, or operations with proven leadership success.
• Experience in B2B customer relations within manufacturing or production industries.
• Strong communication, leadership, and change management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, budgeting, forecasting, and report writing.
• Analytical mindset with excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
