Digital & IT
Business Process Consultant
Job Description

Are you passionate about driving transformation and enabling excellence in service management?

As a part of our ambitious Re-imagine Customer Service project, we are implementing a new Service Management system. You will play a key role in implementing this system into our Service organisation.

As Business Process Consultant you become a part of our Systems & Tools, Service & Solutions. Your primary workplace will be in our HQ in Bjerringbro, but must expect approximately 50 days yearly (regional and overseas).

About the Role

As a Business Process Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing capabilities at the regional and local level by:

  • Leading tool implementations and process changes in local service organizations.
  • Driving change management activities to ensure successful adoption.
  • Supporting the development and rollout of our Process Excellence framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute implementations and change management activities across local companies, aligning with regional and company service managers, super users, and colleagues in Systems & Tools and IT.
  • Conduct project communication and collaborate with local management to ensure cultural aspects are considered in implementation planning.
  • Evaluate system configurations to meet local commercial and legal requirements, based on project principles.
  • Facilitate Site Readiness Test (SRT) with local super users.
  • Lead local tool implementations, including training, issue resolution, and hyper-care support.
  • Serve as the point of contact for system usage and process excellence inquiries.
  • Maintain training materials, test cases, and process documentation.

Success in this role means maintaining a clear and structured overview of planning activities, executing smooth implementations, and being recognized as a trusted advisor by end-users and stakeholders who regularly seek your input and guidance.

What You Bring

You are a proactive and structured professional with a passion for enabling change and driving excellence. You thrive in cross-functional environments and are motivated by both technical challenges and human dynamics. Your ability to communicate clearly and influence others makes you a natural partner across the organization. You take pride in delivering high-quality work and following through on commitments to the satisfaction of all involved.

Furthermore, we imagine that you bring:

  • A master degree in IT, communication & organisation (ITKO), IT or Finance.
  • Preferably experience with Service Management Systems, especially SAP CS (SAP for customer service).
  • Background as a Project Manager or Business Consultant.
  • Strong drive and personality, with the confidence to take responsibility and make decisions.
  • High standards for performance, execution, and follow-up on delegated task.
  • Ability to interact with, motivate, and influence stakeholders in a collaborative and solution-oriented way.
  • Experience from a service-oriented business, ideally similar to Grundfos.
  • Solid process knowledge and hands-on experience with improvement initiatives.
