Business Process Consultant
Job Description

Join Grundfos as a Business Process Consultant

Are you passionate about driving transformation and enabling excellence in service management? Grundfos is seeking a dynamic and structured Business Process Consultant to help shape the future of customer service across our global organization.

About the Role

As a Business Process Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing capabilities at the regional and local level by:

  • Leading tool implementations and process changes in local service organizations
  • Driving change management activities to ensure successful adoption
  • Supporting the development and rollout of our Process Excellence framework

Your primary mission until 2027 will be to implement a new service management system as part of our ambitious Re-imagine Customer Service project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute implementations and change management activities across local companies, aligning with regional and company service managers, super users, and colleagues in Systems & Tools and IT
  • Conduct project communication and collaborate with local management to ensure cultural aspects are considered in implementation planning
  • Evaluate system configurations to meet local commercial and legal requirements, based on project principles
  • Facilitate Site Readiness Test (SRT) with local super users
  • Lead local tool implementations, including training, issue resolution, and hyper-care support
  • Serve as the point of contact for system usage and process excellence inquiries
  • Maintain training materials, test cases, and process documentation
  • Travel: Approx. 50 days/year (regional and overseas)

Success in this role means maintaining a clear and structured overview of planning activities, executing smooth implementations, and being recognized as a trusted advisor by end-users and stakeholders who regularly seek your input and guidance.

What You Bring

You are a proactive and structured professional with a passion for enabling change and driving excellence. You thrive in cross-functional environments and are motivated by both technical challenges and human dynamics. Your ability to communicate clearly and influence others makes you a natural partner across the organization. You take pride in delivering high-quality work and following through on commitments to the satisfaction of all involved.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong drive and personality, with the confidence to take responsibility and make decisions
  • High standards for performance, execution, and follow-up on delegated tasks
  • Curiosity—both in understanding system components and the people who use them
  • Ability to interact with, motivate, and influence stakeholders in a collaborative and solution-oriented way
  • Experience from a service-oriented business, ideally similar to Grundfos
  • Solid process knowledge and hands-on experience with improvement initiatives
  • Background as a Project Manager or Business Consultant
