We are looking for an Associate Product Development Engineer with a broad technical profile. 

At Grundfos, we develop state-of-the-art water management technology for both private and commercial use that is both reliable and sustainable. 

In Bjerringbro, you will join our R&D, dedicated to driving the development of Grundfos´ core Multistage centrifugal pumps like CR.  

As our new Associate Product Development Engineer, you will be involved in Product development and maintenance based on Simulation driven design approach.  

  

What is the job about? 

You will contribute to the SCRUM Team’s deliveries using relevant office applications (i.e. excel, Catia, SAP, Ansys, etc.) and product knowledge, conducting preliminary analysis to support product development and maintenance and development, and handling day-to-day tasks supporting the technical documentation. 

Your tasks as Associate Product Development Engineer will be related to: 
 

  • Assisting and collecting data for problem solving and product maintenance (i.e. SAP data etc.). 
  • Dedicated and taking ownership though the detailed daily work to support the product line(s). 
  • Contribute to smaller technical updates and improvements to the product lines. 
  • Prepare documentation in compliance with legislation, Grundfos processes, Standards and Grundfos practice. 
  • Ensuring documentation are updated (drawings, SAP data etc). 
  • Conduct preliminary analyses in connection to product changes/updates.  
  • Perform cost analysis and cost reduction activities. 

 

All the above tasks are going across technical disciplines and organisational structures so you should have good interpersonal skills and be a team player with the ability to handle more tasks simultaneously in a structured and timely manner.

What do you need to apply? 

We imagine that have:
 

  • Engineering degree Master or Bachelor or similar education 
  • Fundamental Technical knowledge 
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience 
  • Proficient English – verbal and written 
  • Knowledge of job-relevant tools (e.g. 3D CAD preferable Catia) 
  • Experience in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PP, etc.)
