Associate Commercial Excellence Consultant

 

As our new Associate Commercial Excellence Consultant, you will play a central role in supporting implementation initiatives for new customers and driving expansion projects through up- and cross-selling. You will apply subject matter expertise and technical insight to deliver measurable business improvements within CSSC, while collaborating across departments to support the global commercial excellence agenda.

 

About the Role

Fixed term until April 2026

You will contribute to key strategic initiatives and process enhancements across various teams and departments. Your primary focus will include:

  • Driving performance in Annual CSSC Targets: phone reachability, timely quotations, employee and customer satisfaction, and self-service effectiveness
  • Supporting the successful implementation of the 1Office Transformation Project – Wave 3
  • Establishing and maintaining the governance structure for the Global Commercial Excellence Organisation
  • Ensuring alignment between the CSSC Industry organisation and other Grundfos departments
  • Promoting and supporting self-servicing tools and collaboration with internal teams

 

Key Responsibilities

As part of the team you will:

  • Assist in developing and executing Commercial Excellence (ComEx) programs under the direction of the Senior Manager
  • Support the automation and technology-driven optimization agenda to improve scalability and harmonization of sales processes
  • Lead process improvement projects across sales regions in coordination with the global ComEx network
  • Ensure that Global Sales Operations & Customer Experience delivers practical and measurable value to sales organizations
  • Work closely with internal and external regional sales leaders to adapt global programs to meet regional and local market needs
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice replication in competence development, performance management, and process improvement
  • Act as the CSSC point of contact for processes, tools, and training-related activities

Industry, Market & Business Understanding

  • Experience managing developed processes within a specific business segment or functional area
  • Proven ability to lead and execute projects successfully

Technical, Functional & Professional Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of operational plans, processes, and activities relevant to your functional area
  • Ability to influence stakeholders effectively across different levels
  • Understanding of applicable systems, local laws, and regulations
