Job Description

Grundfos are looking for a highly motivated and experienced teammate to join our IND team as a Senior Sales Engineer, then this is your chance to join us

What is the job about?

  • Seek for new development opportunities to constantly cultivate market in assigned areas, focusing on IEM business, project sales according to manager direction. Handling of sales within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sales in agreed markets.
  • Execute tactical sales plans and activities in line with the overall sales plans and strategy and assist in budget preparation for sales and marketing activities.
  • Develop sales network in terms of dealers, business partners. Maintain and development long term partnership with the important business partner.
  • Provide support to distributors / partners for industry sales. Including industrial projects and industrial end users.
  • To follow up and develop key accounts and dealers within assigned territory
  • Provide advice to customers, consultants, dealers and contractors on products and their performance, new products, product modifications, system solutions, applications, terms of sales, service, replacement, spare parts etc.
  • Register and nurture opportunities in the global CRM tool according to company guidelines
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

 

Your background:
We imagine that you have: 

  • Degree holder in mechanical automation or related field
  • Above 8 years of experience as front line salesman in the field of pumps or other industrial products, knowledge of water treatment and digitalization is a plus. 
  • Experience to independently take care key account and develop new project sales dealers and partners
  • Matured with good mental attitude and able to deal with stress
