Senior Sales Engineer, Water Utility

As our Senior Sales Engineer, you will be driving sales growth across the North China municipal water market by developing key customers and channel partners, promoting our solutions in water supply, wastewater treatment, and flood control applications. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Municipal Water Sales team, you'll create impact by Pioneering smarter water delivery and treatment solutions that reduce energy consumption and improve quality of life for communities across North China..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Develop new municipal customers across water treatment plants, wastewater facilities, pipeline networks, and flood control projects in North China
  • Build and optimize distribution channels, support dealer capability development, and expand the sales network
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and track government projects with timely demand response
  • Organize and participate in exhibitions, customer seminars, and design institute exchanges to enhance brand influence
  • Deploy differentiated solutions with unique positioning in assigned territories to achieve company financial targets

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a results-driven sales expert with deep municipal water industry experience, strong channel management skills, and the ability to independently develop customers and solve complex problems with attention to detail. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience in municipal water projects, with familiarity in water supply/drainage, pumps, or wastewater treatment
  • Proven channel management experience with demonstrated ability to develop new customers and distribution networks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel frequently

It is a plus if you also:

  • Sales background with imported/international brand manufacturers
  • Prior experience working in a multinational or foreign-invested enterprise
  • Working proficiency in written and spoken English
