What you will be doing
As a key part of the Service& Solution Team, you'll create impact by Strengthening Grundfos's service partner network across APAC to deliver reliable, high-quality after-sales service that keeps critical water and pump solutions running for our customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and manage ASP service delivery activities across APAC countries, ensuring timely and quality service execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Authorized Service Partners, acting as the key liaison between Grundfos and regional partners
- Monitor service partner performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve service escalations
- Support onboarding of new service partners and ensure alignment with Grundfos standards and processes
- Track and report on service delivery metrics, identifying trends and recommending actions to optimize partner performance
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a proactive coordinator with strong cross-cultural communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the APAC region. We would also imagine that you have:
- 2+ years of experience in service coordination, delivery management, or partner management roles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working across multiple APAC countries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management tools or CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
It is a plus if you also:
- Experience in the pump, water technology, or industrial equipment industry
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Additional language skills relevant to the APAC region
