As our new Sales Engineer, Domestic Building Service, TH, you will be driving sales and developing business processes for domestic building service solutions across Thailand, building strong customer relationships and expanding Grundfos's market presence in the residential and commercial building segments. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Domestic Building Services, Thailand team, you'll create impact by Strengthening Grundfos's position in Thailand's building services market by delivering tailored pump and water technology solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and sustainability in buildings.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Drive sales of Grundfos domestic building service products by identifying opportunities, engaging customers, and closing deals across assigned territories in Thailand
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and distributors in the building services sector
- Provide technical consultation and product selection support to customers, ensuring solutions meet project specifications and local regulations
- Lead and improve sales processes within the domestic building services segment, ensuring alignment with business targets and market strategies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product management, and customer service to deliver seamless customer experiences
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a results-oriented sales professional with solid technical knowledge of domestic building service systems, strong influencing skills, and a proven ability to lead business processes and drive growth in the Thai market. We would also imagine that you have:
- Master's or Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (Business Management, Marketing, or related field) or equivalent technical discipline
- 3+ years of sales or technical sales experience in domestic building services, HVAC, or water technology industries
- Solid knowledge of building service systems, local building codes, and relevant Thai regulations
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and lead sales or business processes independently
It is a plus if you also:
- Experience working with pump systems or water technology solutions in a B2B environment
- Established network of contacts among Thai contractors, consultants, or developers in the building sector
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales planning
