As our new Partner Management Specialist, APAC Oceania, you will be managing and developing strategic channel partner relationships across the APAC Oceania region, ensuring alignment between Grundfos service capabilities and partner performance to deliver exceptional value to our customers. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Global Service Delivery team, you'll create impact by Strengthening our partner ecosystem across APAC Oceania to expand service reach, improve customer outcomes, and accelerate sustainable growth in industrial markets..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with channel partners across the APAC Oceania region, ensuring mutual growth and alignment with Grundfos service strategy
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners to expand service coverage and capability in Grundfos key markets
  • Monitor partner performance through KPIs and regular business reviews, driving continuous improvement and accountability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, service, and product teams to develop partner enablement programs and go-to-market strategies
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Grundfos and regional partners, navigating cultural nuances and adapting communication to diverse stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to recommend partner portfolio adjustments and new business opportunities

What makes you a great fit

 

Above all, you are a relationship-driven professional with strong channel partner experience in industrial B2B environments, cultural agility across Asia-Pacific markets, and excellent communication skills in English. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel development, or business development within industrial or B2B environments
  • Proven track record of managing and growing channel partner networks across multiple countries or regions
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated cultural adaptability and ability to work effectively across diverse APAC markets

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience working within service-oriented organizations or aftermarket business models
  • Familiarity with the water technology, pump, or broader industrial equipment industry
  • Proficiency in an additional APAC language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Bahasa)
  • Contract management experience
