Associate Service Specialist

As our new Service Engineer, you will be providing hands-on technical after-sales service across pumps and pumping systems, troubleshooting issues, and delivering practical solutions that keep our customers' operations running smoothly. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Service team, you'll create impact by Delivering rapid, expert technical support that strengthens customer trust and drives continuous improvement across our service operations in Vietnam.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot pumps and pumping systems, providing practical technical solutions and assistance to customers and business partners.
  • Deliver basic technical after-sales service and maintain service programs for products, service centres, and partners.
  •  Analyze failure data and report findings to support corrective action activities
  • Provide input for field service and troubleshooting requirements for national and international service issues.
  • Participate in product introduction and quality teams to ensure service readiness
  • Contribute to and deliver results that achieve incentive KPIs, COTs, and other key performance indicators

 

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a technically skilled and customer-focused professional with strong electrical or mechanical engineering knowledge, a hands-on approach to service, and the ability to respond quickly with effective solutions. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in pump systems, industrial service, or a comparable technical environment.
  • Solid knowledge of service processes, troubleshooting methodology, and field service operations.
  • Good command of English in verbal, reading, and writing

It is a plus if you are also:

  • Experience with pumping systems or rotating equipment in an after-sales or field service capacity
  • Strong ability to influence others and collaborate across sales, service, and customer support teams
  • Demonstrated accountability, customer centricity, and results-driven mindset
