As our new Associate Sales Engineer, you will be driving sales growth by providing techno-commercial support, guiding channel partners, and delivering tailored pump solutions to industrial clients in a dynamic B2B environment. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Industrial Sales team, you'll create impact by Building lasting customer relationships and empowering channel partners to grow revenue with both new and legacy Grundfos products and solutions..
Your main responsibilities include:
• Drive sales targets through channel partners by providing technical guidance on new and legacy pump products and solutions
• Analyze customer requirements and deliver tailored techno-commercial proposals that address specific application needs
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations with clients and partners
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical queries and ensure seamless order execution for channel partners
• Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the channel partner network and grow market share
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a self-motivated sales professional with a strong engineering foundation, proven B2B channel sales experience, and the ability to blend technical discussions with commercial negotiations. We would also imagine that you have:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field)
• 6-8 years of experience selling capital goods in a B2B environment, preferably through channel partners
• Strong techno-commercial skills with the ability to understand and articulate pump technologies or related industrial solutions
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business software applications
It is a plus if you also:
• Prior experience in the pump industry or industrial utility segment
• Demonstrated success in Sales Excellence practices and consistently exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing and developing channel partner relationships across multiple territories
