As our new Associate Project Sales & Delivery Engineer, Commercial Building Service, Singapore, you will be managing project sales and delivery for commercial building services, working closely with ME consultants, developers, and end users to specify and deliver Grundfos pump and HVAC solutions across Singapore's built environment. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Commercial Building Service (CBS) team, you'll create impact by Driving the adoption of energy-efficient Grundfos solutions in commercial buildings by bridging technical expertise with strong project coordination to win and deliver projects seamlessly..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Manage the full project sales cycle from lead identification through technical clarification, quotation, and order delivery for commercial building projects
  • Engage ME consultants, developers, and end users through technical presentations, product specifications, and solution proposals
  • Review mechanical drawings and project specifications to recommend optimal pump and HVAC system solutions
  • Coordinate project delivery timelines, ensuring alignment between internal teams, contractors, and customers
  • Build and maintain a strong network within Singapore's commercial construction ecosystem to grow the project pipeline
  • Provide technical support and after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a technically minded professional with project management experience in the construction industry, strong presentation and networking skills, and a solid understanding of pump systems, HVAC applications, and mechanical drawings. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably within the construction or building services industry
  • Working knowledge of pump systems, HVAC applications, and the ability to read and interpret mechanical/engineering drawings
  • Experience engaging with ME consultants, developers, or end users including technical presentations and clarifications

It is a plus if you also:

  • Familiarity with Grundfos or similar pump manufacturer product ranges
  • Experience with tendering processes and commercial bid management in Singapore's construction market
  • Experience with data center
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and project tracking software
