As our new Supply Planner, you'll be managing end-to-end supply planning processes that ensure seamless material availability and production readiness across our global operations. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Supply Chain Planning team, you'll create impact by optimizing supply plans and inventory strategies that keep our production lines running efficiently and our customers satisfied worldwide.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory targets
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and order fulfillment
• Monitor supply performance metrics and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Manage inventory levels to balance service level targets with working capital optimization
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve supply constraints and expedite critical orders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and S&OP practices
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you're a detail-oriented supply chain professional with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to optimize complex planning processes. We'd also imagine that you are/have:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or materials planning within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
