As our new Associate Planning Specialist, you will be supporting end-to-end planning processes that ensure the right products reach the right places at the right time, helping Grundfos deliver sustainable water solutions worldwide. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Supply Chain Planning team, you'll create impact by Driving planning accuracy and operational efficiency that directly supports Grundfos's mission to deliver pioneering pump and water technology solutions globally..
Your main responsibilities include:
•    Maintain and update production and material plans to align supply with demand forecasts
•    Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to prevent shortages or excess stock
•    Analyze planning data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
•    Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by preparing reports and insights for cross-functional reviews
•    Collaborate with logistics, manufacturing, and commercial teams to resolve planning conflicts and ensure on-time delivery

 

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a solid foundation in supply chain planning and a collaborative mindset. We would also imagine that you have:
•    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
•    1-3 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or production scheduling
•    Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
It is a plus if you also:
•    Experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or similar platforms
•    APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP) or willingness to pursue one
•    Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
