As our new Application Support Analyst, SAP Materials Management, you will be providing expert application support for SAP MM modules, troubleshooting complex issues, and partnering with business stakeholders to optimize procurement and inventory management processes across Grundfos's global operations. 

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Global IT Application Support team, you'll create impact by Ensuring the reliability and performance of mission-critical SAP Materials Management solutions that power Grundfos's end-to-end supply chain and procurement operations worldwide.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Provide second and third-level support for SAP Materials Management (MM) including procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests related to SAP MM configuration and master data
• Collaborate with business process owners to identify improvement opportunities and implement configuration changes
• Manage and prioritize support tickets in line with SLAs, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders
• Support SAP MM-related testing activities during upgrades, patches, and enhancement deployments
• Document solutions, maintain knowledge base articles, and contribute to standardized support procedures

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented SAP MM specialist with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a service-minded approach, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both IT and business audiences. We would also imagine that you have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting or configuring SAP MM (procurement, inventory management, invoice verification)
• Solid understanding of end-to-end procure-to-pay processes in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience with SAP incident management, root cause analysis, and ITIL-based support processes
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
