What you will be doing

As a key part of the IS PLM 3DEXPERIENCE team, you'll create impact by Enabling hundreds of engineers to work effectively on a modern cloud-based PLM platform that forms the foundation of Grundfos's digital thread and product development transformation.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to and maintain user documentation, and support knowledge bases
  • Identify recurring issues and usability pain points through support trends and user feedback, proposing actionable improvements
  • Collaborate with engineering stakeholders, IT operations, and PLM colleagues to ensure stable operations and consistent platform usage
  • Support platform upgrades, patches, and hypercare activities by participating in testing and preparing user guidance to minimize disruption

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a service-oriented technical professional with hands-on 3DEXPERIENCE and CATIA V6 experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a talent for translating complex technical concepts into clear guidance for engineering users. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or IT, or equivalent practical experience
  • Hands-on experience with the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform and professional experience with CATIA V6
  • Experience providing application or L2 support for technical engineering tools, including structured issue analysis and problem resolution
  • Experience delivering or supporting internal training and onboarding activities; fluent in English (written and spoken)

It is a plus if you are also:

  • Familiarity with broader PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) data management concepts
  • Experience supporting cloud-based platform migrations or hypercare/stabilization periods
  • Knowledge of CAD/PLM best practices in a manufacturing or product development environment

  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programmes to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.
