Senior CSSC Front Line Representative

As our new IND CSSC OEM Customer Service Senior Representative, you will provide engineering-driven support to OEM customers and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted resource for product selection, technical troubleshooting, application guidance, and order management. You will resolve complex technical challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure customers receive the right solutions while maintaining a smooth order-to-delivery process.

 

What you will be doing
As a key part of the Industry Customer Sales & Service Center (CSSC) team, you'll create impact by Driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence by ensuring accurate, timely order fulfillment and proactive resolution of complex supply chain and commercial inquiries.

 

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Use advanced pump and order management knowledge to provide commercial and technical advice on customer enquiries by email, telephone, live chat, instant messaging etc. 
  • Create professional offers and quotations using advanced product and pricing knowledge to meet customer requirements. 
  • Track offers and quotations according to sales guidelines.
  • Support customers by providing pricing and delivery information through advanced pricing systems and SAP.
  • Promote digital tools (GPC, MyGrundfos, Extranet) to customers, handle export documentation, and record complaints and product return requests
  • Support material master data creation and provide 2nd line support to resolve escalated incoming inquiries across the customer service team
  • Plan and prioritize work tasks to maintain service delivery standards while supporting leadership with strategy deliveries and sales activities

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a customer-focused problem solver with strong technical aptitude, deep knowledge of order management processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment handling complex commercial and supply chain interactions. We would also imagine that you have:

 

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with 1-3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or order management.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD/MM) and experience with customer service software and databases
  • Strong product and application knowledge — ability to interpret type keys, identify pumps, spare parts, kits, and motors
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills

 

It is a plus if you also:

 

  • Experience with complex project sales order fulfillment and export documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP/BW reporting tools
  • Knowledge of business structure, key market needs, and digital customer engagement tools
