What is the job about?

As a channel Sales Developer, you will be responsible transforming one of the key Channels to the market in Grundfos Industry: the Indirect Channel. You will play a crucial role in enabling sales teams across the AMERICAS region in deploying channel management best practices. At the same time, you will contribute to the further enhancement of our Partner Programme, catering for Partner needs to further grow our reach to the industrial market.

 

This position reports directly to the Global Channel Transformation Director and will operate daily out of any of the Mexico locations (Nuevo Leon or Mexico City). Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Mexico without support.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the yearly Channel Management Cycle: support the AMERICAS sales teams to deploy the entire channel management cycle, from identifying gaps in our Partner Network, supporting the onboarding of new partners, to developing and managing existing partnerships.
  • Enable partner profiling and segmentation by deploying our Partner Programme framework, characterizing partners according to their profile and assessing them according to their performance and engagement.
  • Lead the deployment of partner enablers and benefits towards our Partner Network in AMERICAS, to secure effective execution and alignment with regional strategies
  • Identify needs in the Partner Network and work closely with our global organization to further enhance our Partner Programme framework and partner enablers.
  • Coaching and inspiring the regional Sales Teams with insights and inputs on Channel Management, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment

 

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

  • Extraordinary communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • A Bachelor's degree (new graduates are welcome to apply), ideally in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
  • Experience in B2B sales development, customer-facing roles, or SaaS
  • Interpersonal skills, curiosity, and ability to lead and influence within a matrix organization
  • An approach that values collaboration while being capable of independent work.
