What is the job about?

As a Marketing Coordinator for Latin America, you will be instrumental in localizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to engage end-users and generate marketing-qualified leads for our sales teams. You will play an important role by aligning marketing efforts with regional sales goals, gathering customer insights, and staying ahead of marketing trends. Managing campaign budgets, planning, and expenditure will also be central to your responsibilities.

 

This position reports directly to the Regional Marketing Sr. Manager, Americas and will ideally be based daily at the Apodaca, N.L. facility. However, the role also has the option to be located at the Sao Paulo, Brazil (Sao Bernardo du Campo) facility. Please note that relocation for this position cannot be supported, and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in the listed countries without assistance.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Localize and deploy marketing campaigns for all six industrial verticals in alignment with the overall marketing and brand strategy.
  • Create regional marketing deployment plans aimed at generating leads and demand for Grundfos solutions in focus markets.
  • Coordinate and deploy trade shows, webinars, customer events and exhibitions with support from Marketing Project Managers
  • Contribute to regional customer value excellence programs and partner programs
  • Deploy organic social, including community management

 

Your background:

We imagine that you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in integrated marketing campaigns, beyond formal education.
  • Ability to self-guide and prioritize tasks effectively within a collaborative, matrixed team structure while adhering to project timelines.
  • Good problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and project management proficiency.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Hubspot, or others.
  • Capability to develop professional relationships and communicate effectively within a global team.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English are required. Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese will be favorably considered.
