As our new Customer Master Data Coordinator, you will be supporting the adoption, standardization, and quality of Customer Master Data processes and tools while serving as the go-to expert on local variations across the Americas region. This position reports to our Americas Support Manager and operates in a hybrid model from our Apodaca or Monterrey, NL facility.

Please note that relocation is not supported for this role. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship.

 

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Americas Business Support team, you'll create impact by Driving data quality and process excellence that enables our sales and service teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences across the Americas.

Your main responsibilities include:

•            Serve as subject-matter expert on Customer Master Data processes, managing local exceptions, forms, and downstream integrations within the Division/Region

•            Drive adoption and understanding of CMD processes and act as second-level escalation point for Sales and CSSC frontline teams

•            Monitor and improve Customer Master Data quality in alignment with defined standards, coordinating reviews and mass-change initiatives

•            Support the Business Process Owner in documenting local process integrations, exceptions, and identifying areas for improvement

•            Identify and escalate process or tool issues while providing cross-functional support on master-data-related tasks

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented data professional with strong SAP knowledge, excellent English communication skills, and a proven ability to drive process standardization in an international matrix environment. We would also imagine that you have:

•            Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline

•            Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP/CRM/BW

•            In-depth understanding of Customer Master Data processes and local variations

•            Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

•            Experience working in an international matrix organization

•            Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and high IT literacy

•            Experience with data quality monitoring and mass-change coordination
