Internal Sales Engineer, IND - Mexico
Job Description

What is the job about? 
The Internal Sales Engineer (ISE) main purpose is to ensure alignment between the internal sales plan, customer demand, and system bookings, guaranteeing visibility, on time deliveries, and effective communication among Sales, Operations, the customer, and support areas.

 

This position reports to our Senior Sales Manager and operates in a hybrid model from our Apodaca, Nuevo Leon facility.

 

Please note that relocation is not supported for this role. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship.


Your main responsibilities: 

  • Align the internal Sales Plan with customer demand, ensuring that system bookings accurately reflect actual commitments.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the OEM Sales Manager and the customer to coordinate weekly deliveries, as well as review changes and adjustments to delivery plans.
  • Keep Sales, Operations, and IND SD informed about delivery changes, demand variations, and deviations from the plan.
  • Maintain an updated shared file with the status of all orders, ensuring traceability and accessibility for the involved teams.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager and their team on all matters related to plant orders, confirmation dates, and critical changes. Identify risks or potential delivery issues and communicate them promptly to stakeholders.
  • Participate in the weekly meeting with the LATAM Sales Director to review the status of the IT Cooling portfolio.
  • Be available to travel and provide on‑site follow‑up at key plants when necessary.

   

Your background

 

We imagine that you have: 

  • Preferably 1 or more years of experience in pump-related industries.
  • Preferably 1 or more years of experience working with industrial OEMs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong team-player mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels and in diverse environments.
  • Strong and effective leadership skills.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in networking.
  • Self-awareness regarding personal strengths and weaknesses, with the ability to use this insight for continuous development.
  • Active and proficient use of LinkedIn.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% overnight.
  • Ability to travel internationally and maintain an active passport.
