IND CSSC Customer Service Representative, IEM & Distribution

As our new IND CSSC Customer Service Representative, IEM & Distribution, you will be providing expert commercial and technical support to customers exclusively via Live Chat, resolving enquiries efficiently while identifying new business opportunities and promoting Grundfos digital tools. What you will be doing

As a key part of the India Customer Sales & Service Centre (CSSC) team, you'll create impact by Delivering rapid, high-quality customer interactions that strengthen relationships and drive sales growth across our IEM and Distribution segments..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Provide commercial and technical advice on customer enquiries via Live Chat, delivering professional resolutions within defined response targets
  • Create, optimise and manage CRM tickets including requests for information, quotation, orders and complaints
  • Manage customer order changes including lead times, shipping conditions, quantities, postponements and cancellations in coordination with External Sales, Order Management and Supply Chain
  • Provide accurate pricing, delivery information and order status updates to customers through live chat channels
  • Identify new business opportunities during customer interactions and share leads with nominated colleagues
  • Promote Grundfos digital tools such as GPC, MyGrundfos and Extranet to customers using established templates

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a customer-oriented communicator with strong written English skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to deliver fast, accurate support in a live chat environment — whether you're an experienced service professional or a recently graduated engineer eager to learn. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial) or equivalent relevant experience; entry-level and recent graduates welcome
  • Strong written and spoken English with excellent communication skills suited to live chat interactions
  • Good proficiency in MS Office applications and comfort with digital tools and CRM systems
  • Customer service mindset with strong organizational skills and accountability

It is a plus if you also:

  • Basic understanding of flow, pressure/head, and pump performance curves
  • Prior experience in customer service, order management or inside sales roles
  • Familiarity with business processes, product knowledge or ERP/CRM platforms in a manufacturing or industrial environment
