As our new Finance Specialist, you'll be securing compliant and optimized performance reporting and statutory financial statements across multiple entities and performance units that underpin Grundfos's financial integrity and decision-making. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager Finance Controlling Americas and will operate daily out of the Apodaca, Nuevo León facility. Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Mexico without support.

What you will be doing
As a key part of the Finance Controlling team, you'll create impact by driving standardization, automation, and simplification of global finance processes to ensure operational excellence and compliance across Grundfos entities.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Deliver accurate monthly and year-end reporting according to Grundfos GAAP and statutory financial statements for legal entities, including managing the relationship with statutory outsourcing partners
• Own balance sheets across segments, cost allocations between performance units, and ensure timely reporting at Performance Unit and Profit Center level
• Lead efficient external audit processes and serve as the main contact for local authorities, auditors, and outsourcing partners
• Challenge and drive harmonization, efficiency, and effectiveness of global finance controlling, statutory compliance, and internal control processes
• Ensure an optimal control environment at legal entity level, including follow-up on internal control observations from GIAS
• Act as the single point of contact for Finance Business Partners on all finance controlling and accounting matters

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you're a detail-oriented finance professional with a proactive mindset, strong SAP expertise, and the ability to balance analytical rigor with big-picture thinking while managing multiple priorities under time constraints. We'd also imagine that you are/have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-4+ years of experience in a Corporate Finance or Financial role using SAP
• In-depth knowledge of SAP software and intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite
• Fluency in English

It's a plus if you also:

• Experience with statutory reporting under multiple local GAAP frameworks
• Background working with shared service centers (RTR, PTP, OTC processes)
• Experience driving process improvement initiatives in a global finance organization
