What is the job about?
As a Customer Master Data Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the adoption, standardization, and quality of Customer Master Data (CMD) processes and tools. You will also act as an expert on local variations, ensuring they are properly managed and integrated.
This position reports to our Americas Support Manager and operates in a hybrid model from our Apodaca or Monterrey, NL facility.
Please note that relocation is not supported for this role. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship.
Your main responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert on Customer Master Data processes and field usage within the Division/Region, including managing local exceptions, forms, and downstream process integrations.
- Support the Business Process Owner in documenting local process integrations and exceptions.
- Drive adoption and understanding of Customer Master Data processes within the Division/Region.
- Act as a second‑level escalation point for Sales and CSSC frontline teams regarding CMD process and tool usage.
- Monitor and improve Customer Master Data quality in alignment with defined standards.
- Coordinate CMD reviews and mass‑change initiatives.
- Identify and escalate process or tool issues to the Business Process Owner.
- Support the Business Process Owner and Division COMEX in identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide support to other functions and master‑data‑related tasks as needed.
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- A degree or equivalent education, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP/CRM/BW.
- In‑depth understanding of Customer Master Data processes and local variations within the Division/Region.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High IT literacy.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience working in an international matrix organization.
