CSSC Project Execution Manager
Job Description

What is the job about?

As a CSSC Project Execution Manager, you will be responsible for managing medium complexity projects from order fulfillment to after-sales, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure successful project execution and high customer satisfaction.

 

The position will be located in Monterrey, MX and will report to the Head of WU CSSC.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage medium complexity projects using agreed systems and project execution processes.
  • Ensure adherence to Grundfos project execution processes.
  • Support quotation and proposal outputs for timely and quality project delivery.
  • Manage sub-suppliers and sub-contractors to align service levels with project requirements.
  • Assist Health & Safety and quality teams with auditing and assessing sub-suppliers.
  • Handle customer issues in collaboration with the Proposals Team.
  • Liaise with Proposals team, customers, and Senior Project Managers on delivery and supply chain matters.
  • Prepare detailed monthly KPI analysis and action plans for management.

 

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven expertise in delivering projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment.
  • Great communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in engaging different stakeholder groups in complex situations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP systems.
  • Effective project management skills, including financial management and change management.
  • Excellent business and technical experience, with a strong talent for enabling productive communication between groups
  • Personal qualities such as decisiveness, adaptability, and excellent planning and organizing skills.
