CSSC Front Line Representative

As our new CSSC Front Line Representative, you will be serving as the first point of contact for customers, providing commercial and technical support across multiple channels while ensuring fast, accurate order management and driving customer satisfaction. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Sales & Service Centre (CSSC) team, you'll create impact by Delivering seamless customer experiences that strengthen relationships and drive business growth across our sales and service operations..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Provide commercial and technical advice on customer inquiries via telephone, email, live chat, and instant messaging, resolving issues at first contact
  • Create and process tickets (RFI, RFQ, OEW), prepare quotations, and track offers in line with sales guidelines and SLAs
  • Enter and manage customer orders in SAP, handling changes to lead times, quantities, shipping conditions, and cancellations in coordination with sales, finance, and supply chain teams
  • Deliver accurate order status, pricing, and delivery information while assisting customers with order progression and supply chain issues
  • Record customer complaints and product return requests, and identify business opportunities for handover to external sales
  • Promote Grundfos digital tools (GPC, MyGrundfos, Extranet) and maintain customer contact data in SAP CRM

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, SAP experience, and a knack for solving problems efficiently while building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Vocational certificate, Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience (minimum 2-3 years) in customer service or related administrative roles
  • Working knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD) and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of business processes, products, and customer-centric service delivery

It is a plus if you also:

  • Fundamental product and application knowledge including ability to interpret type keys and identify pump products, spare parts, and motors
  • Experience working in a multi-channel customer service environment (phone, email, live chat)
  • Familiarity with digital customer engagement tools and CRM best practices
