Grundfos is seeking an experienced CSSC Frontline Representative to join its Domestic Building Services team. This position reports directly to the CSSC Supervisor and will operate in a hybrid set up – at home and out of our Apodaca, NL facility. Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Mexico without support.
What is the job about?
As a CSSC Front Line Representative you’ll play a key role in delivering world-class customer service across multiple channels, including telephone, email, live chat, and instant messaging. As the first point of contact, you will provide quick and effective resolutions to customer inquiries in line with company guidelines, while managing the next steps for business transactions based on defined processes. In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate quotations, offer technical advice and support to customers and internal sales teams, and assist with order entry and related processes to guarantee a seamless customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in the Monterrey metropolitan area, México without support.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide timely commercial and technical support to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and other channels.
- Create and manage tickets (RFI, RFQ, OEW) and process offers in line with company guidelines.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data and orders in SAP CRM, ensuring executable order entry.
- Manage order changes and coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) for resolution.
- Track and follow up on offers and customer interactions within defined SLAs.
- Provide pricing, delivery information, and order/delivery status updates to customers.
- Record and handle customer complaints, returns, and support supply chain issue resolution.
- Promote digital tools and support ad hoc tasks related to pricing, master data, and workflow processes.
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- Vocational certificate, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience (2–3 years minimum).
- Proven experience in Customer Service with strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of business structure, products, and market needs to deliver a customer-centric experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD) and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Basic product and application understanding (e.g., interpret type keys, distinguish pumps vs. spare parts).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
