What is the job about?
As our new Associate Order Execution Specialist, you will be managing end-to-end order execution of spare parts across the North & Central America region, ensuring a robust and efficient after-sales supply chain that delivers on customer expectations while collaborating with a global team spanning five distribution centers. This position reports to our Manager Planning & Order Execution, North and Central America and operates in a hybrid model from our Apodaca, Nuevo Leon facility.
Please note that relocation is not supported for this role. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship.
What you will be doing
As a key part of the Planning & Order Execution, Service & Solutions team, you'll create impact by Driving customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency by resolving order execution challenges and continuously improving spare parts distribution processes across a critical regional market.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Handle CIC tickets from regional Customer Service & Support Center teams, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to meet service standards
- Assist customers with order progression, supply chain issues, and EDI troubleshooting to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Analyze key performance indicators related to order execution, identify root causes of failures, and escalate when necessary
- Manage return stock from customers based on group policies and collaborate with stakeholders to improve the returns process
- Facilitate close collaboration and problem-solving with CSSC, Global Logistics, 3PLs, and forwarders, including running daily action meetings
- Proactively leverage business intelligence to improve SAP housekeeping and drive continuous supply chain improvements
Your background
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a detail-oriented supply chain professional with strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable working in a global, multicultural team and adept at managing complex order execution processes. We would also imagine that you have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Commercial Management
- 3+ years of experience in supply planning, distribution operations, or order execution
- Knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems from an order execution perspective
- Highly developed communication skills in English
It is a plus if you also:
- Previous experience working for or with a third-party logistics provider (3PL)
- Prior experience with CRM systems and courier express or LTL transportation
- Knowledge of stock planning and/or supply chain operations
