What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Sales & Service Center (CSSC) Kazakhstan team, you'll create impact by Ensuring timely and compliant delivery of Grundfos products across Kazakhstan by expertly managing customs documentation, broker coordination, and warehouse operations..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and manage all custom clearance documentation, coordinating with brokers to ensure timely and compliant import processing
  • Communicate with international colleagues in Hungary and China to monitor delivery schedules, resolve supply issues, and track shipment lead times
  • Oversee warehouse receiving operations — verify incoming deliveries, identify discrepancies or damage, and drive resolution with suppliers
  • Coordinate EAC certificates and import permits by working closely with the certification coordinator and other internal departments
  • Manage vendor invoices related to customs clearance, post them in SAP, and request approvals for payment
  • Prepare monthly reports for Finance including GIT, stock, scrap, and net cost analysis of imported goods with customs duties

 

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented logistics professional with strong customs clearance expertise, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to independently manage complex international delivery workflows. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics operations with a focus on customs clearance processes and import documentation
  • Proficient English language skills — both spoken and written — for daily coordination with international stakeholders
  • Practical knowledge of warehouse management, delivery tracking, and supply chain coordination
  • Working experience with SAP (MM/SD modules) and proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel

 

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience working in European or international companies, ideally in the HVAC or industrial manufacturing sector
  • Kazakh language skills and a valid driving license
  • Knowledge of EAC certification requirements and technical documentation processes for import goods in Kazakhstan
