As our new IND CSSC Customer Service Representative, IEM & Distribution, you will be serving as the primary point of contact for customers across Iberia, handling inquiries, managing orders, and driving resolution on both general and complex cases — all while identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Service & Solutions Center (CSSC) team, you'll create impact by Delivering outstanding customer experiences that strengthen loyalty and drive business growth across the Iberian market..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM — providing first-contact resolution on general and complex topics including order fulfillment, invoice disputes, and project sales
  • Manage the full order lifecycle: entry, changes, lead times, shipping conditions, cancellations, and progression — coordinating with External Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Create and manage tickets (RFIs, RFQs, OEW, CIC Logistics) to document, track, and escalate inquiries to relevant teams
  • Deliver timely quotations, pricing, delivery information, and technical advice to customers and internal sales teams
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and hand over qualified leads to sales teams
  • Promote Grundfos digital tools (GPC, MyGrundfos, Extranet) and identify internal process improvement opportunities

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a proactive, customer-focused professional with strong multilingual communication skills, a first-time-right mindset, and the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure while managing high volumes with precision. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related front-line commercial role
  • Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish; working proficiency in English for internal collaboration
  • Practical working knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD/MM) and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage complex inquiries and maintain service quality at high volumes

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programmes to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.
