Technology Development Engineer
Job Description

About the Role

 

We are seeking a Technology Development Engineer to strengthen its Water Treatment division. The role is responsible for delivering technical expertise and developing manufacturing technologies that enhance product performance, quality, and scalability. This position plays a key role in ensuring the evolution of production platforms and supporting their transfer into manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead projects within the scope of production technology and technical development.
  • Contribute as a technical resource in cross-functional projects.
  • Ensure the delivery of high‑quality technical solutions aligned with performance, quality, and scalability standards.
  • Support Manufacturing teams during technology transfer and implementation.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of trends and emerging technologies relevant to production platforms.
  • Provide input to the development and evolution of the production development area.
  • Participate in early‑stage (frontloading) projects to influence design and process decisions.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation.
  • Provide technical insight within relevant product or production technology domains.
  • Take responsibility for defined areas within product or production technologies.

  • Effectiveness of support provided during manufacturing transfer and implementation.
  • Contribution to knowledge development, documentation, and cross‑team collaboration.
  • Ownership, improvement, and strategic contribution within assigned technology areas.

  • Quality and EHS Teams

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Production, Mechanical Technology, or a related technical field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in production development.
  • Experience in executing and improving processes within production development.
  • Ability to lead technical projects or business processes independently.
  • Strong understanding of systems, regulations, and technical standards relevant to production technologies.

  • Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in managing and developing business processes within production technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
