What you will be doing

  • Prepare and present tailored offerings (products & services) that solve customer challenges, ensuring appropriate follow-up through the entire sales process
  • Develop and execute the aftermarket sales budget for your area, delivering on both qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Maintain comprehensive customer data including visit schedules, service agreements, sales opportunities, and quotation status to drive account growth
  • Proactively identify new prospects and untapped potential to expand the aftermarket customer base, with a focus on energy-saving and retrofit solutions
  • Provide technical advisory to customers on spare parts, repair & maintenance, preventive maintenance, system solutions, and product specifications

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a commercially driven engineer with deep pump or HVAC industry knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of growing aftermarket sales in technical B2B environments. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 7-10 years of sales experience in the pump, HVAC, or related industrial sector
  • Solid understanding of aftermarket sales business models and energy-saving solutions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience with data center cooling or critical infrastructure applications
  • Familiarity with green building policies and energy efficiency standards in Southeast Asia
  • Prior experience at companies such as Trane, Carrier, Daikin, Xylem, or KSB

You'll also be available for travelling up to 130 days per year.
