Aftermarket Project Intern

As our new Aftermarket Project Intern, you will support the creation and standardization of aftermarket playbooks that enable consistent and scalable execution across sales and service teams in China. You will join a collaborative, inclusive team where development and innovation are encouraged.

What you will be doing

As part of the Aftermarket Sales team, you will transform fragmented knowledge into practical, field-ready playbooks that improve execution and support business growth.

Your key responsibilities include:

       •      Develop clear aftermarket playbooks covering what to sell, how to sell, and how to execute

       •      Document workflows, roles, prerequisites, success criteria, and KPIs

       •      Convert presentations and inputs into practical, user-friendly playbook formats

       •      Work closely with sales teams to capture best practices and validate content

       •      Coordinate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders for alignment

       •      Support continuous improvement of playbook quality and usability

What makes you a great fit

You are structured, proactive, and eager to learn. You communicate clearly and enjoy turning complex topics into simple solutions.

We imagine you have:

       •      Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering (HVAC preferred)

       •      Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

       •      Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

       •      Ability to work with data and meet deadlines

It is a plus if you also have:

       •      Interest in business, marketing, or commercial strategy

       •      Experience in process documentation or project reporting

       •      Curiosity about aftermarket or service business models
