As our new AP Accountant Intern, you will be supporting the Accounts Payable team with invoice processing, vendor management, and payment operations while building a strong foundation in finance and accounting. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Accounts Payable team, you'll create impact by Contributing to accurate and timely financial operations that keep Grundfos running smoothly and enable us to pioneer solutions to the world's water and climate challenges.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Process and verify supplier invoices in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Assist with vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
• Help maintain organized records and documentation for audit readiness
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to address payment inquiries

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a motivated and detail-oriented student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with strong analytical skills and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment. We would also imagine that you have:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data
