What is the job about?

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for guiding and motivating your team to deliver high performance in a production environment. You’ll ensure strategic alignment, foster continuous improvement, and develop your team to follow standards and processes. You’ll play a key role in facilitating APTs and ensuring clear communication across the plant.

"The great thing about this role is that you will be responsible for 30 blue-collar employees across three shifts and have a significant influence on how expected outcomes are achieved in close collaboration with dedicated support functions." Says APU Manager, Heine Frandsen.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Ensure employees understand the plant’s strategy and take initiative to support it
  • Train and develop employees to follow processes and standards.
  • Facilitate and support Autonomous Production Teams (APT)
  • Engage the team in continuous improvement activities.
  • Communicate key information clearly and efficiently.
  • Act on feedback and drive improvements.

Your background

We imagine that you have:

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in production or industrial operations.
  • Proven leadership in driving team performance through a results-driven mindset.
  • A mindset geared toward continuous improvement and team development.
  • Personal qualities such as adaptability, decisiveness, and strong communication skills
  • Danish Language skills
