In this role, you will leverage specialized product and industry knowledge to provide Customers with direct procurement services. You will ensure that the local suppliers are selected and maintained, and that the orders are managed. You will also support the supply chain activities for direct procurement and stock management to maintain and improve Customer relationships.
Your main responsibilities:

Local Sales Procurement linked to standard order:

Local stock replenishments
-
Manage confirmations & deliveries.

Booking in & out
-
Invoice approval.

Maintain local Vendor Master Data for Sales:
-
Direct Suppliers via Fiori
-
-
Selection of local Suppliers for sales (minimize where possible, by using local Distribution Center):
-
Supplier selection
-
Pricing agreements
-
Supplier reviews
-
Audits & process quality management documentation
-
-
Supply Chain procurement support:
-
Forwarder management
-
Intrastate reporting
-
Alignment with Operations for test reporting
-
Customs clearance / Prepare export control and supplier declaration.

Analyze and report packaging material to local government.

Product certificates per customer requests
-
Supplier declaration
-
-
Stock support stock owner (Country Lead):
-
Stock reporting.
-
Stock takes.
-
Return stock.
-
Stock management.
-
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
-
Degree or equivalent level in an administration / procurement.
-
Knowledge of SAP ERP/CRM.
-
Good IT literacy skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office.

English knowledge
-
Good communication skills, planning/organization competence
